Senior Internal Recruiter

About the Role
HR Talent Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Internal Recruiter to lead and manage recruitment activities for the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in manpower outsourcing, staffing, pharma recruitment, bulk hiring, and recruitment team management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the internal recruitment team and day-to-day recruitment activities.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business requirements.
Manage bulk and volume hiring across multiple roles and locations.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and selection.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Plan recruitment requirements, manpower needs, and hiring targets.
Monitor recruitment performance, productivity, and team KPIs.
Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and performance reports.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closure of open positions.
Use ATS, recruitment platforms, job portals, MS Excel, and other recruitment tools effectively.
Identify recruitment challenges and implement improvements to hiring processes.
Ensure recruitment activities are completed within defined timelines and requirements.
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong experience in manpower outsourcing and staffing.
Experience in pharma recruitment is preferred.
Proven experience in leading recruitment teams.
Strong exposure to bulk and volume hiring.
Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in recruitment planning, MIS, and performance tracking.
Hands-on knowledge of ATS, MS Excel, job portals, and recruitment tools.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and team-management skills.
