Role Description The Liaison Officer is a full-time, on-site role based at Arpan Maternity Hospital and Nursing Home in Porbandar. This position is responsible for coordinating communication between patients, families, medical staff, and administration to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive patient experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to patient and family queries, guiding visitors through hospital processes, and helping resolve service-related concerns in a timely and professional manner. The Liaison Officer supports the dissemination of hospital policies, assists with patient feedback collection, and collaborates with departments to improve service quality. The role may also involve organizing information sessions, supporting patient education initiatives, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.

Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to assist with orientation or basic information sessions for patients, families, or staff.
Relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or customer-facing service environment is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively with medical and administrative teams and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
Proficiency in local languages and English, along with basic computer literacy for documentation and reporting.
Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, social work, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
