About MESADEN
MESADEN is a newly established company founded alongside Lex Regal, an established legal and advisory platform. MESADEN is being built as a next-generation professional company working across strategy, risk, technology, AI, governance and problem-solving, while Lex Regal continues its legal and regulatory work.
As a young company, we are building our systems, team and operating culture from the ground up which means this internship offers the opportunity to work on something that is still being built, rather than simply stepping into an established HR function.
Help build the foundational HR and people systems for a growing professional group operating across strategy, risk, legal, technology and advisory.
You’ll Work On
Recruitment workflows, JDs and interview systems; employee/intern records; onboarding and offboarding; HR templates and policies; performance and development frameworks; people processes and organisational structure.
What We’re Looking For
Someone highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, who enjoys building systems from scratch rather than simply following existing processes.
Students/recent graduates from HR, Management, Business or related fields may apply.
Duration: 8 weeks
Location: Hybrid / Navi Mumbai
The project: Build the first practical HR & People Operations framework for MESADEN and Lex Regal.
