Founder’s Office Intern - Strategy & Business

MESADEN is a newly incorporated venture founded by the team behind Lex Regal, an established global law, risk and strategy advisory platform.
As part of the wider Lex Regal × MESADEN group, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute across both organisations, experiencing established professional advisory work while also being close to the building and scaling of a new venture.
What you’ll do
Work closely with the Founder on real business and strategic initiatives
Conduct research, analysis and competitive intelligence
Support strategy, business development and new ventures
Explore AI, technology and emerging business opportunities
Prepare presentations, briefs and strategic documents
Help turn ideas into execution across multiple parallel initiatives
Who we’re looking for
College student, recent graduate or early-career candidate
Highly curious, ambitious and fast-learning
Strong research, analytical and communication skills
Comfortable with ambiguity and multiple parallel projects
Proactive and able to work independently
Genuine interest in business, strategy, technology, AI or law
Comfortable working directly with the Founder
Attitude, curiosity and capability matter more than qualifications
A longer-term opportunity
The initial engagement is a 2-month internship, with the potential for a 1-year role / PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on performance, capability and mutual fit.
This is best suited to candidates who are genuinely looking to build something long-term with us, not simply looking for a short internship or certificate.

Minimum 2 days/week in person
Remaining days remote
Flexible working hours focused on output rather than clock-watching
This is not a conventional certificate internship. You will work close to real decisions, live projects and the process of building a company, while gaining exposure to the wider Lex Regal × MESADEN group ecosystem.
