Job Description
Boenci Solutions is looking for a Fitter / Mechanical Technician to support our industrial equipment, automation, and engineering projects.
The candidate will be responsible for mechanical assembly, fitting, fabrication, installation, alignment, maintenance, and testing of industrial equipment and mechanical components.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mechanical fitting and assembly of equipment and components.
Read and understand basic mechanical drawings.
Perform drilling, grinding, tapping, cutting, and other workshop operations.
Assemble frames, brackets, panels, shafts, bearings, couplings, and other components.
Perform mechanical alignment and measurement.
Assist with machine installation, testing, and commissioning.
Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and inspection.
Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
Support engineers during production and field installation activities.
Required Skills
Good practical knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of mechanical drawings.
Basic fabrication and welding knowledge will be an advantage.
Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and work on industrial automation projects.
