Creative Content & Social Media Specialist

We're Hiring: Creative Content & Social Media Specialist | Kabhi B Bakery, Ahmedabad
Kabhi B is an Ahmedabad-headquartered bakery and food manufacturer with stores across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan, now expanding internationally. We're looking for a hands-on creative who can take content from idea to published post, and style the food themselves.
What you'll do:
- Build monthly content calendars around products, festivals, launches and stores
- Manage Instagram and Facebook, with adaptations for YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn
- Design original posts, carousels, stories and campaign artwork
- Plan and personally style food shoots for cakes, breads and pastries
- Shoot everyday photos and reels; coordinate larger shoots with photographers
- Edit reels and retouch food photos
- Track reach, saves, watch time and enquiries, and use the results to improve content
What we're looking for:
- 3–6 years in social media, design or content production, with direct ownership of brand accounts
- Strong original design skills in Photoshop and Illustrator (Canva alone won't be enough)
- Hands-on video and photo editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom)
- Food styling experience, backed by real shoot examples
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and platform insights
- Good written English; Hindi and Gujarati a plus
- Bakery, café, restaurant or F&B brand experience preferred
Details:
- Full-time, on-site, Ahmedabad (production unit and store shoots)
- Reports to the Marketing Head
