Requirements
5+ years hands-on Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce development on production sites, including at least one major version upgrade.
5+ years professional PHP / web development overall.
Adobe Commerce Cloud experience — you've worked with Cloud environments, the branch/environment model, build and deploy pipelines, .magento.app.yaml / .magento.env.yaml, and Cloud CLI or the Cloud console.
Strong PHP 8.x, MySQL, Git, Composer, and command-line proficiency, including bin/magento and comfort debugging from logs.
Solid modern JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; able to work in at least one of Knockout/LESS or Tailwind/Alpine, and willing to learn the other quickly.
Familiarity with CI/CD and code review workflows — both submitting and reviewing.
Experience debugging production issues under time pressure, and the judgment to know when to roll back.
Clear written communication — you'll document what you changed and why, for people who weren't in the ticket.
Strongly preferred
B2B features: company accounts, shared catalogs, tiered/customer-group pricing, requisition lists, quotes and negotiable quotes.
