Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive professional to support general project management, vendor coordination, and facilities and GRC-related operations. The role will focus on planning, prioritizing, and tracking projects while working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prioritize, and track projects through clearly defined activities, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive timely execution.
Manage vendor performance and support facilities and lease management related activities.
Oversee command-centre activities, including access control and CCTV monitoring.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
Identify operational issues, coordinate resolution, and follow through to closure.
Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring effective stakeholder collaboration.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in general project management, PMO, operations, vendor management
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Good judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Ability to break projects into activity-level tasks and track them to completion.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Graduate with a strong educational background.
Technical facilities or IT project-management experience is not mandatory.
Preferred Profile
Based in Bangalore and comfortable with the hybrid work model and mid-shift.
Immediate joiner or candidate available at short notice.
Adaptable, well-spoken professional with the ability to learn facilities-related processes.
