Role Description The Wanted - Civil Project Manager / Senior Civil Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Borivali. The role involves overseeing civil construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring that work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams; reviewing drawings and technical specifications; monitoring site activities; and resolving on-site issues promptly. The individual will prepare and track project plans, manage resources and materials, conduct site inspections, and report progress to stakeholders. The position also requires maintaining compliance with local regulations, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
Civil Engineering and Infrastructure skills, with the ability to interpret designs, plans, and technical specifications.
Construction Management and Project Management skills for supervising site activities, scheduling tasks, and coordinating stakeholders.
Budgeting and cost control skills to plan project finances, manage expenditures, and support efficient resource allocation.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Proven experience in managing civil or infrastructure projects, preferably as a Project Manager or Senior Engineer.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and safety compliance.
Effective communication and leadership skills to guide teams, manage contractors, and present updates to management.
Proficiency in relevant engineering and project management software; familiarity with local building codes and standards.
