We're Hiring: Business Development Manager/Asst Manager / Executive – Payment Solutions

LP Fintech Private Limited builds fintech infrastructure for businesses, banks, NBFCs and fintechs across India. Our stack spans payment acceptance, identity and entity verification, digital onboarding, and business software. We are growing our revenue team and looking for sales professionals who can sell technology, not just pitch it.
What you'll sell
🔹 Payment Gateway: online payment acceptance for merchants, platforms, aggregators and enterprises
🔹 Verification APIs: 70+ APIs including KYC/KYB, PAN, GST, bank account, Aadhaar-based and business verification APIs and Document eSign API.
🔹 Digital Onboarding: our white-label self-onboarding and KYC portal for banks, NBFCs and fintechs
🔹 HRMS and business SaaS: HR and payroll solutions for SMEs and mid-market companies
What you'll do
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, commercial negotiation and closure
• Build a pipeline across merchants, D2C and e-commerce brands, fintechs, NBFCs, cooperative banks and corporates
• Understand client use cases (onboarding, collections, compliance, workforce management) and map them to the right LP Fintech product
• Work with product and tech teams on solutioning, integration and go-live
• Manage pricing discussions, commercial documentation and account onboarding
• Grow existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell across the product suite
• Keep the CRM accurate and report pipeline and closures against monthly targets
What we're looking for
✅ 1–4 years of B2B sales experience in payment gateways, verification/KYC APIs, HRMS/HR-tech, or B2B SaaS
✅ Working knowledge of API-based products, merchant onboarding and integration timelines
✅ Familiarity with the Indian fintech and regulatory landscape (RBI, KYC norms, DPDP) is a strong plus
✅ An existing network among merchants, fintechs, NBFCs or HR decision-makers is a plus
✅ Strong communication in English and Hindi, and comfort presenting to CXOs and technical teams
✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings
