Role Description The Java Full Stack Intern role at Starnest Technologies is an on-site internship position based in Hyderabad. The intern will assist in developing and maintaining Java-based applications across the full stack, including backend services and frontend components. Daily tasks include writing clean, testable code, implementing and consuming APIs, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and supporting the integration of Jakarta EE and microservices-based architectures. The intern will collaborate with senior developers to apply design patterns, participate in code reviews, and contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of the software development process. The role provides hands-on learning in modern enterprise application development within a professional team environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Software Development and Programming, with a focus on Java and related technologies.
Candidates should possess skills in Jakarta EE for building enterprise applications and working with server-side components.
Candidates should possess skills in Microservices architecture, including designing, implementing, and integrating modular services.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Design Patterns and their practical application in building maintainable and scalable software solutions.
Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS) and RESTful APIs is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
