Performance Marketing Analyst - Wellness Tech App

We are a fast-growing wellness tech company on a mission to revolutionize personalized wellness through cutting-edge technology. Our app integrates fitness, food delivery and mental wellness into a seamless user experience, empowering users to achieve their health goals. Seeking candidates who are comfortable in decoding customer behaviour and building business processes around consumer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analytics: Articulate business insights by mining web analytics, search, performance marketing and internal data among the main sources.
Full-Funnel Campaigns: Working knowledge of creating and executing campaigns across Google, Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok campaigns. Should be comfortable in monitoring and optimising campaigns on a daily basis.
Automation and AI-first thinking: Ownership of all automating dashboards for marketing. Use AI tools (connecting Google/ Meta/ Snapchat/ Tiktok MCP to LLM tools) to automate report and standardise KPI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Must be highly indexed while working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and tech, to execute growth initiatives effectively.
Consumer Insights Enthusiasm: A genuine interest in comprehending consumer behavior and the mindset of traders. You'll be delving into the minds of our users to shape effective growth strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Digital Marketeers with 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
Candidates with Code-writing capability (python, R) and data extraction (SQL) will be preferred.
Should have working knowledge of automating dashboards using Google, Meta MCP to LLM and automating MIS reports.
Preference to candidates who have worked in 0-1 startups.
Must be AI-first in thinking large frameworks and scaling systems in VUCA environments.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team’s goals.
A positive and resilient attitude with a drive to take on challenges and deliver excellence.
Someone who strives to create world-class, innovative systems and is not afraid to push the limits of creativity.
