Performance Marketing Manager– Wellness Tech App

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing professional who can think beyond campaign execution—someone who understands growth, owns revenue outcomes, works comfortably with data and technology, and knows how to build scalable systems.
What You’ll Own
Strategic Growth Planning: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business objectives, balancing long-term and mid-term scaling with quick wins to meet targets.
Full-Funnel Campaigns: Create and manage end-to-end campaigns across Facebook/Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Affiliate channels, including user journey optimization, retention strategies and chat marketing.
Data-Driven Analysis: Analyze platform performance, market trends and the competitive landscape to uncover growth opportunities and patterns.
AI-Enabled Decision Making: Build dashboards using Google and Meta MCP-to-LLM workflows, automate MIS reporting, and use quantitative results, A/B testing, qualitative research and customer insights to drive growth decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product and Tech teams to execute growth initiatives effectively.
Consumer Insights: Dig deep into consumer behavior and user mindsets to translate insights into stronger growth strategies.
What You’ll Bring
5–8 years of performance marketing experience
Hands-on experience with tools including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager (CAPI), AppsFlyer, Adjust and Firebase Analytics
Experience with dash boarding tools such as Looker Studio and Power BI
Strong general management capabilities and the ability to work effectively with Tech and Marketing teams
An AI-first mindset for building frameworks, automating processes and scaling systems in VUCA environments
Experience in 0–1 startup environments is preferred
The ability to learn quickly, experiment and adapt when things don’t work
