Role Description This is a part-time Internship Training in Integrative Psychology based in Bengaluru, offered in a hybrid format with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. Interns will support clinicians in delivering integrative psychological care by assisting with case preparation, literature reviews, and documentation related to evidence-based therapies and functional medicine approaches. Day-to-day tasks may include observing sessions (where appropriate), maintaining clinical notes, preparing psychoeducational materials, and contributing to wellness and resilience programs for individuals, couples, and organizations. Interns will also help in designing and refining mental health training content, supporting workshops, and applying neurobiology and psychological principles to practical interventions. The role involves active participation in supervision and training sessions to build skills in assessment, formulation, and integrative treatment planning.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.
Solid grounding in psychological theories and evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, exposure-based approaches) and strong interest in integrative and functional medicine perspectives.
Ability to conduct structured research, review scientific literature, and synthesize findings into clear, practical summaries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional documentation, note-taking, and creation of psychoeducational materials.
High level of empathy, non-judgmental attitude, and commitment to ethical, client-centered care, including respect for diversity and confidentiality.
Organizational and time-management skills to handle part-time hybrid work, balance on-site responsibilities in Bengaluru with remote tasks, and meet deadlines.
Comfort working with digital tools for telehealth, documentation, and collaboration; familiarity with basic data handling or outcome tracking is an advantage.
Interest or experience in workplace mental health, burnout prevention, and resilience-building programs is beneficial.
