Role Description This is a 3-month part-time Psychology Internship training role based in Bengaluru, offered at ₹2000 per month, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site and remote activities. Training will be provided in various Psychotherapeutic modalities. Interns will support the clinical and training team with research on psychological theories and evidence-based therapies, preparation of psychoeducational materials, and documentation. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with client-facing workshops, and helping design resources that translate complex psychological concepts into accessible formats. Interns will also contribute to organizational mental health initiatives, support online programs, and collaborate on projects that integrate neurobiology and psychological principles into practical applications.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and organizational partners.
Experience or interest in Training, Training & Development, and Instructional Design to support workshops, psychoeducational programs, and learning materials.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
Basic understanding of mental health concepts and interest in evidence-based therapies and holistic care.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
Comfort with using digital tools for research, documentation, and virtual sessions.
