About Entrust
Entrust Family Office is a Bengaluru-based multi-family office serving UHNI families, individuals and businesses. Our services span investment advisory, family office and CFO services, private equity, business advisory, and legal and tax coordination.
Our CFO Services practice works with families, startups and established organisations, providing support from finance function setup and reporting to strategic finance, restructuring and transaction readiness.
The role
We are seeking a senior Chartered Accountant to lead our CFO Services vertical. This client-facing leadership role combines responsibility for the practice and its team with hands-on work across virtual CFO services, fundraising, fund administration and regulatory matters.
You will serve as a senior finance point of contact for UHNI families, founders, promoters and investors.
Key responsibilities
Lead the CFO Services team, overseeing client delivery, quality, resourcing and profitability.
Scope and price new engagements.
Set up and manage client finance functions, including MIS, budgeting, FP&A, cash flow, period closes, board reporting and internal controls.
Support fundraising and transactions through financial models, cap tables, ESOPs, data rooms, transaction documents and closing requirements.
Advise on domestic and cross-border structures, investment compliance and group restructuring.
Oversee fund accounting, NAV, drawdowns, distributions, valuations, LP reporting and compliance for Category I and II AIFs.
Supervise accounting, finance, reporting and coordination of tax and regulatory matters for single family office clients.
Work with LPs, GPs, auditors, legal counsel, valuers, bankers and other stakeholders on reporting, audits and diligence.
What we’re looking for
A Chartered Accountant with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience across corporate finance, advisory and fund administration.
Experience leading finance professionals and managing client relationships.
Strong knowledge of Ind AS, financial reporting, audit, internal controls, financial modelling and valuation.
Working knowledge of AIF operations and relevant Indian corporate, investment and tax regulations.
Clear communication with founders, promoters, boards, fund managers and investors.
Sound judgement, ownership and the ability to manage multiple engagements.
Experience with startups, venture capital, M&A, transaction advisory or GIFT City structures would be an advantage.
