The Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join Norgine. The role reports to the relevant line manager and focuses on analysing data to generate insights that improve business performance, processes, and strategic decision-making.
This is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract role.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights
Deliver predictive and advanced analytics, including model validation
Support business intelligence through statistical analysis and AI tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality and consistency
Produce reports and visualisations to communicate findings clearly
Support business requirements gathering and trend analysis.
Requirements
Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
Knowledge of data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools
Familiarity with statistical methods and/or machine learning tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Ability to communicate insights effectively to different audiences
Degree-level education or equivalent experience
Experience
Experience working with structured and complex datasets
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
Confidence presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders
