ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Clubhouse Associate will be responsible for all administrative duties at our NYC Clubhouse, including greeting guests, managing office supply inventory, maintaining common spaces, and creating a positive clubhouse experience for Chief members and their guests.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION STRUCTURED AT 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Greet and check in all Clubhouse visitors, acting as the go-to for any requests and questions
- Own Salesforce emails concerning Clubhouse Operations
- Maintain reservation profiles, RSVP lists, and Clubhouse signage
- Coordinate all Meeting Room booking requirements, including setup needs and catering arrangements
- Manage Clubhouse vendor communication
- Purchasing office supplies
- Build and update local ops notion pages
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse, including outside areas
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
- Complete the Clubhouse opening and closing checklist
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
