Backend Developer – Fintech API Integrations

Role Description The Backend Developer – Fintech API Integrations will design, build, and maintain backend services that connect Letsfin . The developer will implement secure, scalable APIs, and optimize data flows to ensure reliable communication between platforms. Daily responsibilities include developing backend features, configuring and managing integration workflows, troubleshooting integration issues, and collaborating with product and frontend teams to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality. The role also involves writing clean, testable code, monitoring performance and reliability of integrations, and maintaining documentation for APIs, data models, and integration patterns. The developer will contribute to continuous improvement of the integration architecture to support new fintech offerings and business use cases.
Qualifications
Strong Software Development skills with experience in backend architecture and Programming (e.g., Node.js, framework - NextJS, DB - PostGres).
Hands-on Integration experience, including designing and managing APIs, data mappings, and workflow orchestration.
Practical knowledge of integration platforms for building and monitoring integration pipelines.
Understanding of fintech domain concepts, payment flows, and compliance considerations is an advantage.
Experience - 2-8 Years withing lending API integration
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
