About the Role:
We are looking for a Solution Engineer who can work closely with prospective customers to understand their business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, design technical solutions, and support successful deployments. The ideal candidate should possess a strong blend of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales teams during the pre-sales process.
Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and technical presentations.
Design and recommend solutions tailored to customer needs.
Assist customers with API integrations and implementation planning.
Work with Product and Engineering teams to address customer requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations and deployments.
Create technical documentation, solution architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.
Support onboarding and adoption of the platform.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product teams.
Good understanding of Python programming language.
Customer-Facing Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience managing customer discussions and stakeholder relationships.
