Key Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up with daily leads assigned by the company.
Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities to leads.
Handle objections and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Convert assigned leads into successful sales/admissions.
Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the academic team for a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in EdTech Sales / Academic Counselling.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and focused on achieving conversions.
Female candidates preferred.
