Manage internal budgets for marketing activity and events, ensuring spending is planned, monitored and used effectively.
Maintain a consistent brand, tone of voice and high standard across all customer communications.
We are looking for someone who can bring ideas to life while keeping plans, deadlines and budgets firmly on track.
You will ideally have:
Experience in a Marketing Manager or similar marketing role.
Experience planning and delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Excellent planning, project management and organisational skills.
Experience developing external partnerships and managing multiple stakeholders.
The confidence to work across departments and turn commercial priorities into effective marketing activity.
A good understanding of customer segmentation, digital marketing and the customer journey.
An analytical approach, with the ability to use performance data to make informed decisions.
Experience managing or developing another member of a marketing team.
A creative, proactive mindset and a willingness to test new ideas.
Desirable:
Experience of working in, or closely with, schools, education or school sport would be a real advantage. An understanding of the challenges schools face, how they plan and purchase, and what teachers need from their suppliers would help you make an immediate impact in the role.
