Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical/IT roles in the Australian market.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals.
Conduct initial screening, qualification and interview coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers, BDMs and delivery teams to understand requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular submission and recruitment status updates.
Negotiate rates/salaries and coordinate offers and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Required Skills:
1–5 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Hands-on experience recruiting for the Australian market.
Good understanding of Australian recruitment processes and employment market.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals and ATS/CRM tools.
Ability to work with Australian business hours/time zones.
