Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across multiple software engineering teams developing enterprise-scale products on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on Agile coaching, delivery excellence, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement, with exposure to AI-enabled software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master and Agile coach for multiple development teams.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Drive predictable, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery impediments.
Support release planning and coordination across multiple teams.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and well-defined backlogs.
Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and business teams.
Support Agile delivery of Azure-based cloud applications.
Promote AI-assisted development and responsible adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices.
Mentor Scrum Masters and contribute to Agile maturity initiatives.
Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and improvements to stakeholders.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Agile software development environments.
5+ years as a Scrum Master supporting software engineering teams.
Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, coaching, and facilitation.
Experience managing delivery across multiple Agile teams.
Enterprise software product development experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure/cloud-based delivery.
Understanding of AI-assisted development and AI-enabled delivery practices.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Good to Have: Scrum/Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent.
