Program Manager

Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end solution delivery and adoption for assigned products/customers.
Be in charge of the product roadmap and suggest and incorporate new features into the roadmap as necessary.
Liaison with the engineering and ML teams to develop new product features and drive execution as per the product roadmap.
Be In-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.
Deliver AI SaaS products end-to-end with 2-3 years of experience in an AI SAAS based organization.
Interface seamlessly with customers, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
Manage customer expectations, handle onboarding, and foster long-term satisfaction.
Support travel for client meetings and implementations.
Stay attentive to details, proactively resolve issues, and contribute to product feedback loops.
Requirements:
2-3 years in product delivery for AI SaaS startups, with hands-on experience in customer-facing roles.
Proven track record interfacing with customers and product/tech teams and managing expectations/onboarding.
Familiarity with AI tools like chatbots.
Attentive, communicative, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (preferred).
