Associate Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Own and drive product initiatives end-to-end from identifying problems to shipping impactful solutions.
Work directly with founders, engineers, designers, and GTM teams to shape product strategy and execution.
Translate customer pain points into product requirements, workflows, PRDs, and scalable product experiences.
Drive rapid experimentation and iteration across AI workflows, automation systems, and operational products.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams on sprint planning, prioritization, and product delivery.
Conduct customer conversations and workflow deep dives to understand operational bottlenecks.
Analyze user behavior, operational metrics, and product performance to improve adoption and efficiency.
Help define the future of AI-native healthcare operations products.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Founder's Office, Consulting, Business Operations, or fast-paced startup roles.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast with high ownership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong bias for execution and attention to detail.
Comfort working with technical teams and understanding product systems/workflows.
Passion for AI, automation, and building impactful products.
Prior exposure to AI products, SaaS, workflow automation, healthcare tech, or operational systems is a strong plus.
Engineering or technical background is preferred but not mandatory.
