Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a technical leadership role, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex software projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor engineers while driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.
Requirements:
The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Node.js or Ruby on Rails and a deep understanding of distributed systems architecture, including system design, scalability, reliability, and performance optimisation.
Experience in designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs is essential, along with a solid understanding of microservices-based applications and modern backend development practices.
The role also requires practical experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, including database design, optimisation, and query performance tuning.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in architectural discussions, conducting code reviews, and driving best engineering practices to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
