We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer (SDE-2/3) with strong experience in Python (Django) or GoLang. You will work closely with product and engineering leaders to build secure, high-performance backend systems for real-time payments and marketing analytics.
Responsibilities:
Design and maintain backend services in Python or GoLang.
Ensure system security, scalability, and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.
Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve existing systems.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Mentor junior engineers.
