Requirements:
6-8 years of experience in software engineering.
Deep backend engineering experience.
With a strong technical foundation, you can design systems, review code, and make architectural decisions.
Experience leading and managing engineers.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, small-team environments.
Good communication and people skills.
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to evolving situations.
Willingness to remain hands-on with code even as you take on people leadership.
Prior experience interviewing and hiring engineers.
Nice to Have:
Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar modern stacks.
