SAP ABAP HANA Developer

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP HANA Developer with strong expertise in RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model) on SAP S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing modern SAP applications using ABAP on HANA and RAP architecture. The role involves building scalable and high-performance business applications, developing CDS Views, Business Objects, Behaviour Definitions, Service Definitions, and OData services, and leveraging SAP Fiori technologies to deliver user-friendly solutions. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to analyse requirements, design technical solutions, and develop custom applications aligned with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Creating and enhancing reports, interfaces, workflows, and integrations, optimising application performance on SAP HANA, performing code reviews, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.
The consultant will participate in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, migration, enhancement, and support projects within S/4HANA environments while contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of ABAP Object-Oriented Programming, CDS Views, OData services, SAP Gateway, and modern SAP development frameworks is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working in Agile development environments, and the ability to deliver robust, maintainable, and business-focused SAP solutions using RAP and S/4HANA technologies.
