SDET

We are seeking an SDET Lead to define the testing strategy, lead a team of SDETs, and ensure engineering quality across products.
The core responsibilities for the job include the following:
Leadership and Strategy:
Define and own the overall test automation strategy
Lead and mentor a team of SDETs and QA engineers.
Drive adoption of quality metrics and continuous testing culture. Engineering Quality
Establish frameworks, tools, and practices for automated and performance testing.
Ensure CI/CD pipelines enforce quality gates.
Track and report metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and regression rate.
Collaboration
Partner with engineering and product leadership to align on release quality.
Coordinate with support and incident response teams for production issues.
Requirements:
5-8 years of SDET/QA experience.
Strong coding skills (Java, Javascript/Typescript, Python).
Proven record of designing automation frameworks.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Skills:
UAT SDET 3 - Strong UI automation person, good communication (preferred).
SDET3/SDET Lead: for the Integrations team, strong API testing and automation.
QA Lead; UAT + Exploratory testing specialist + Automation secondary.
Nice to Have:
Experience scaling QA/SDET teams (for lead candidates).
Exposure to fintech, ride-hailing, or consumer platforms.
