React Native Developer

We are looking for a skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will be responsible for developing scalable mobile applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering seamless user experiences. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance mobile components.
Ensure pixel-perfect UI implementation and smooth application performance across Android and iOS platforms.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
Optimise applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest mobile development trends and best practices.
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in mobile application development.
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript concepts.
Good understanding of React Native architecture and lifecycle.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux/Redux Saga.
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Strong understanding of functional and object-oriented programming concepts.
Experience with Git and source code management tools.
Familiarity with native build tools like Xcode and Android Studio.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Good debugging and performance optimisation skills.
Experience working in product-based or fintech organisations.
Understanding of mobile app deployment processes on the App Store and Play Store.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
