Product Manager

Responsibilities:
Obsessing over trader friction: Spend time analyzing drop-offs in our KYC, order placement, or portfolio tracking flows, and design immediate, elegant fixes.
Writing crisp, execution-focused specs: Translate complex trading behaviors into clear PRDs that our engineering team can build without back-and-forth friction.
Collaborating on the floor: Sit down with designers and engineers to prototype fast, run experiments, and ship updates directly to production.
Talking to real traders: Hang out in trader communities, run feedback interviews, and turn raw user pain points into structured product hypotheses.
Leveraging modern tools: Use AI and analytics tools to speed up your research, draft specs faster, and keep your focus on high-value strategic decisions.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience shipping B2C growth products, ideally in fintech, wealthtech, or high-volume transactional platforms.
A proven track record of end-to-end execution: you have taken features from raw user feedback all the way to a successful production launch.
Strong analytical chops with the ability to dig into product funnels, run SQL queries, and define clear, measurable success metrics.
High intellectual curiosity about the Indian financial markets, F& O trading, and how retail investors interact with money.
Exceptional communication skills: you can explain complex technical or financial concepts to a designer or an engineer with ease.
AI-native workflow: You actively use tools like Claude or Copilot to write faster, think clearer, and ship smarter.
