Senior Full - Stack Developer - Salesforce

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce DX (SFDX), integrations, and CI/CD. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions while working closely with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Apex Triggers.
Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Implement Salesforce solutions following best practices for security, data modeling, performance, and governor limits.
Manage source code and deployments using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Write unit tests and maintain high code coverage.
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.
Build reusable components and frameworks.
Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification, Salesforce DX / SFDX, Git / Version Control, Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and Integrations, Salesforce Data Model and Security, CI/CD.
5+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.
Good to Have:
Salesforce CPQ.
Experience Cloud / Service Cloud.
Platform Events.
Middleware/integration technologies.
DevOps and automated deployment.
Experience mentoring developers.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
