Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and customize SAP functionalities based on project requirements.
Support implementation, enhancement, and production activities.
Analyze and resolve SAP issues and defects.
Coordinate with functional, technical, and business teams.
Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Ensure timely resolution of production issues.
Support integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CIDS / EWP / SAP MM / SAP IBP.
SAP configuration and customization.
Requirement gathering and business process analysis.
SAP integration with other modules/systems.
Incident, problem, and change management.
Troubleshooting and production support.
Experience in SAP implementation/enhancement projects.
Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
