SAP SCM EWM Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - SAP S/4HANA EWM with strong experience in business process analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The role will work closely with business and IT teams to enhance warehouse and supply chain processes and ensure effective use of SAP applications.
Responsibilities:
Analyse business processes, gather requirements, and develop functional process designs.
Support implementation of SAP S/4HANA EWM process solutions and system enhancements.
Develop functional specifications, process flows, test plans, and supporting documentation.
Perform unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Work with business users to validate requirements, test results, and process changes.
Identify impacts of process changes across related business functions.
Lead routine process changes and system enhancements with guidance from senior IT resources.
Provide training and share SAP process best practices with business users.
Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and application teams.
Support continuous improvement of warehouse and supply chain processes.
Requirements:
5-8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in business process analysis/design.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant business function.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM.
Strong understanding of Warehouse Management and Distribution processes, including Product storage and inventory management, Order fulfillment, Transportation, Purchasing and Stock Transport Orders (STO), and Master data management
Understanding of integration with Order-to-Cash, Planning, Purchasing, and Finance.
Knowledge of SAP IBP demand planning and supply network planning is a plus.
Experience with business requirements elicitation, process mapping, and functional documentation.
Working knowledge of SAP BI, ABAP Query, and Report Writer.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Visio for data analysis and process documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English is required.
