Responsibilities:
Design, develop, customize, configure, test, and deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, custom APIs, workflows, business rules, forms, views, and dashboards.
Design technical architecture, authentication, authorization, and solution components.
Customize Dynamics 365 CE based on business requirements and organizational processes.
Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with Azure, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI, and third-party systems.
Develop and consume APIs for real-time data exchange and system synchronization.
Work with Dataverse for data management and development.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and post-deployment support.
Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and global cross-functional teams.
Follow coding standards, best practices, ALM, and deployment processes.
Lead/mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be a hands-on Dynamics 365 CE Developer/Technical Consultant with strong experience in CE customization, plugins, Dataverse, C#/. NET, custom APIs, workflows, Power Platform, JavaScript, and Azure integrations.
Experience: 5-8 years overall, with 5+ years of relevant Dynamics 365 CE experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Mandatory Technical Skills: Dynamics 365 CE, Dynamics 365 Customization and Configuration, Plugins / Plug-ins, Workflows / Custom Workflow Activities, Dataverse, Custom APIs, C# /. NET, JavaScript, HTML / CSS, Web API / WCF, Power Platform / Power Apps, Azure Services and Azure Integration, REST API / OAuth, Azure DevOps, ALM and Deployment.
Good to Have:
Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Power Automate.
Model-Driven Apps / Canvas Apps.
Security Roles and Business Units.
Outlook / SharePoint / Power BI integration.
Technical architecture and solution design experience.
Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
