Responsibilities:

A senior developer across the full Salesforce stack.
Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions.
Deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
Mentor developers. Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams. Keep it simple. Keep it robust.
Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Build cohesive front-end experiences and back-end services across the Salesforce platform. Implement advanced integrations using Salesforce APIs and middleware technologies. Optimize code performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Validate and assess development delivered by the system integrator.
Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Implement automated testing strategies and maintain high code coverage.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform features.
Contribute reusable components and engineering frameworks.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
Experience with Salesforce DX and version-control systems such as Git.
In-depth understanding of the Salesforce data model and security concepts.
Expertise in developing and consuming Salesforce APIs.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
