Responsibilities:
Partner with US stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Gather, analyse, document, and manage business and system requirements.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver business solutions.
Drive initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
Support testing, UAT, deployment, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience as a techno-functional Business Analyst.
Experience with custom applications and enterprise solutions.
Good understanding of NET, Java, Angular, and React.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Ability to work directly with US business teams and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
