Requirements:
6-8 years of hands-on backend development experience.
Strong experience building scalable Node.js applications.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Core Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
Experience with Express.js and Fastify.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture.
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Knowledge of authentication frameworks (JWT, OAuth).
Experience with Git and version control workflows.
Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimisation.
Experience with unit testing using Jest or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices.

Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High ownership with attention to performance, scalability, and code quality.
