Full Stack Developer

We're looking for a Full-stack Developer to own features end-to-end across our platform from database and API design through to the interfaces our enterprise users rely on. You'll build and integrate frontend and backend components, extend our microservices architecture, and increasingly work alongside agentic AI workflows that power automated insight generation across the product. This is a builder's role. You'll ship features that touch real customer data at scale, make architectural calls, and see your work run in production quickly.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and ship features across the full stack of data models, backend services, APIs, and frontend UI.
Develop and maintain microservices that are reliable, observable, and independently deployable.
Design and consume RESTful APIs, and integrate third-party and internal services cleanly.
Build responsive, intuitive frontends using HTML, JavaScript and jQuery.
Integrate LLM and AI/ML services into production workflows, and help build agentic pipelines that automate insight generation.
Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines; containerise and deploy services on AWS/Azure.
Own the reliability of what you ship: monitoring, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
Collaborate with product, data, and AI teams to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
Requirements:
5-7 years building and shipping production software across the stack.
Strong ownership: you can take a feature from ambiguity to a deployed, monitored, well-tested result.
Comfortable making pragmatic architectural trade-offs in a fast-moving environment.
Clear communicator who works well across product, data, and AI teams.
Genuine curiosity about AI-native development and how agentic workflows change how software is built.
Backend:
Strong backend development with Python and Django and/or FastAPI.
Hands-on with Pandas, NumPy, and Polars for data processing.
Designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Solid SQL and relational database design skills.
Frontend:
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery.
Platform and DevOps containerisation with Docker and deployment on AWS or Azure.
Building and operating microservices. Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on exposure to agentic AI frameworks LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Experience integrating LLM and AI/ML services into production applications.
Familiarity with data platforms, data governance, or metadata/knowledge-graph concepts.
Experience with async processing, message queues, or event-driven architecture.
