Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, communicative Online English Teacher to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will lead interactive virtual sessions, adapt lesson plans to student goals, and build a supportive environment where learners feel confident practicing their speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-energy, communicative 1-on-1 or small-group English lessons online.
Prepare and adapt dynamic lesson materials tailored to varying age groups and fluency levels.
Assess student progress, offer constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Foster an interactive, encouraging digital classroom environment.
Maintain clear communication regarding scheduling, lesson updates, and student milestones.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven track record teaching ESL/EFL (online experience preferred).
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is a plus.
High-speed, stable internet connection, HD webcam, noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.
Exceptional verbal communication, lesson planning, classroom management, and adaptability.
Teaching Style: Enthusiastic, patient, and skilled at keeping sessions interactive rather than teacher-centric.
What We Offer
Compensation: 7 USD per teaching hour.
Working hours: 3-12 hours per week (starting at 9pm SAT)
Work From Anywhere: 100% remote position.
