Step into a world of unparalleled excellence at De L'Europe Amsterdam, nestled in the vibrant heart of the city. As Sales Executive, you will play an important supporting role within our Sales team. You will work closely with the Sales Managers and Director of Sales, assisting with client relationships, new business development and the day-to-day commercial activities of the hotel.
You will be a key point of contact for clients and prospects, helping to turn enquiries and opportunities into successful business while ensuring that our clients experience the high level of service and attention to detail associated with De L’Europe Amsterdam.
What You'll Do
Support our team of Sales Managers and Director of Sales with daily operational tasks | Assist in developing, nurturing prospecting our client accounts | Create comprehensive sales proposals and contracts | Coordinate and produce sales reports and market research, monitor performance on a monthly basis | Assist the Sales team in the preparation and follow-up of sales trips | Ensure optimal functioning of the back office | Prepare and coordinate sales activities such as site inspections, travel agent stays, customer in-house events, blitzing, and FAM trips | Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve guest experiences | Support the team with all incoming RFPs and leads | Work with operational departments to ensure all aspects of room bookings are serviced | Collaborate closely with the Revenue & Reservations team to maximize opportunities | Maintain full knowledge and understanding of the vision of De L’Europe, it’s products and services | Support sales relations and the overall guest experience.
Who You Are
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment | Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to developing new business and maintaining client relationships | Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively | Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in the Dutch language is an advantage | Confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients, business partners and internal stakeholders | Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports, market trends and business opportunities | Creative and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest and client experiences | Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales management systems

Previous sales experience | Understanding of luxury trends | International experience in 5-star hotels | A knack for turning client visions into reality.
