Key Responsibilities-
Costing & Budgeting
Develop and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for real estate projects.
Prepare and validate Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Conduct rate estimations and ensure cost optimization.
Lead costing, budgeting, and billing activities with a focus on real estate projects.
Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Perform detailed analysis of project cost components, including materials, labor, and overheads.
Prepare comprehensive cost plans aligned with project timelines and milestones.
Conduct variance analysis, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, construction) to maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Billing & Payments
Oversee the complete billing process for contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Validate invoices against approved work orders and ensure timely processing.
Prepare and review interim and final bills in compliance with project and contractual terms.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate measurements and certifications of work completed.
Manage payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate financial documentation.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B. Tech/BE).
MBA/PGDM or a postgraduate qualification from NICMAR or RICS is preferred.
