Training Manager

_Position: Training Manager - Pharma_

_Experience:_ Must have experience in Pharma Sales or Training
_Job Purpose:_
To enhance the capability, productivity and scientific knowledge of the field force (MR, ABM, RBM, SM) and marketing team through effective training programs, induction and continuous development.
_Key Responsibilities:_
_1. Sales Training:_
- Conduct Induction training for new MRs, ABMs, RBMs - Company, products, selling skills, detailing story.
- Conduct field coaching and on-the-job training during joint field work.
- Develop and deliver training modules on Selling Skills, RCPA, Doctor Profiling, Objection Handling, Closing.
_2. Product & Scientific Training:_
- Create product training manuals, visual aid training, FAQ bank.
- Impart in-depth training on Anatomy, Physiology, Disease area, Competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with Medical Affairs for scientific updates.
_3. Marketing Training:_
- Train field force on marketing strategy, campaign, brand plan execution.
- Ensure 100% implementation of marketing inputs in the field.
_4. Content Development:_
- Develop training content, PPTs, videos, assessments, e-learning modules (LMS).
- Update training materials as per new product launches.
_5. Evaluation & MIS:_
- Conduct pre & post training assessments and certification.
- Maintain training calendar, training effectiveness report, field performance tracking.
- Identify training needs through field visits and gap analysis.
