Role Overview: As an Asst-Office Operations, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support to patients and customers in a medical setting. Your work ensures smooth office operations, enhances patient experience, and supports the healthcare team in delivering exceptional care.

What You Will Do:
Greet patients and visitors, check patients in and out, and obtain necessary documentation.
Verify and enter demographic information.
Obtain and verify insurance authorizations/precertification.
Complete medical record release requests and schedule/confirm patient appointments.
Enter, review, and submit charges for patient procedures and services daily.
Collect co-payments and reconcile all daily reports and deposits for accuracy.
Provide general office and clerical support to assigned area.
What You Will Need:
Required Qualifications: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Medical Office expereince
