We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Developer / AI Lead / AI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and AI Chatbots.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI-powered document processing solutions for document classification, OCR, data extraction and validation.
• Build AI Chatbots and Conversational AI using LLMs, RAG and NLP.
• Design and implement LLM-based AI solutions using technologies such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc.
• Work with Python, Machine Learning, NLP, Vector Databases and APIs.
• Design scalable and secure AI architecture for production applications.
• Lead AI projects from POC to production and guide the development team.
• Research and implement new GenAI/LLM technologies to improve product capabilities.
Required:
✅ Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI & LLMs
✅ Hands-on experience in IDP / OCR / Document AI
✅ Experience building AI Chatbots / RAG applications
✅ Strong Python & AI/ML skills
✅ Good understanding of AI architecture and cloud technologies
✅ Experience handling end-to-end AI projects
Experience: Senior-level candidates with strong relevant experience preferred.
