Description supplied by the original job listing.
Company Description Signal House is an AI-first communications platform as a service (CPaaS) focused on SMS aggregation and voice routing for CRMs and marketing automation tools. We provide businesses with robust API infrastructure and MCP tools to send and receive SMS, MMS, and voice calls, with RCS support coming soon. Signal House also builds discrete, platform-agnostic applications that integrate seamlessly with leading systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, and Shopify. Team members work at the intersection of AI, messaging, and customer engagement, contributing to scalable solutions that power modern customer communication.
Role Description The Growth Product Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, and retention across Signal House’s product portfolio. In short: this person will own the self service function of our business from signup to launch and expansion.
In this role, the individual will define and own product growth strategies, prioritize and manage the self-service roadmap, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to launch and iterate on features. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing post-hog data and funnel performance, running experiments and A/B tests, identifying and executing growth opportunities, and improving onboarding and customer journeys. The Growth Product Manager will also work closely with marketing and sales to align product initiatives with growth campaigns, gather customer feedback, and ensure that new capabilities deliver measurable impact on key business metrics.
