We at Coforge are hiring for the position of Backend Java Engineer with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and optimize cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS.
Develop and manage integrations with DynamoDB and other data storage solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 years of experience in backend software development.
Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS.
Hands-on experience with DynamoDB.
Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best development practices.
Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring.
Experience with Linux OS.
Experience with JIRA.
