Change Management Consultant

We are hiring: Change Management Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to support HR Transformation initiatives across global organizations.
The role will work closely with HR, business, technology, and project teams to drive adoption of new HR processes, operating models, and digital HR solutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and execute change management strategies for HR Transformation programs
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments
• Define communication and engagement plans across different stakeholder groups
• Support training strategy, learning interventions, and user adoption activities
• Facilitate workshops with HR, business leaders, and project teams
• Support organizational design, process transformation, and new ways of working
• Track adoption, feedback, resistance, and overall change effectiveness
• Work closely with functional and technology teams throughout the transformation lifecycle
Preferred experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, or Organizational Transformation
• Experience supporting large-scale HR technology or digital transformation programs
• Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption
• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or similar HR platforms would be an advantage
• Experience working with global or multi-country transformation programs
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
